一、産品簡介

脈沖袋式除塵器是在引進傳統除塵器技術基礎上，吸收德國除塵器技術優點，生産的高效率除塵器。集合分室反吹和噴吹脈沖等類型除塵器的優點，采用高能清灰和分式結構離線清灰，具有清灰強度大、速度快、循環周期短等特點。

1、産品結構

脈沖袋式除塵器（或稱‘除塵袋’）主要由噴吹管、電磁脈沖閥、氣包、文氏管、濾袋框架、控制儀、排灰裝置、除塵箱體、除塵濾袋、灰鬥、支架、花闆等結構組成，其産品結構示意圖如下：

2、工作原理

除塵器的主要工作原理如下：

• 含塵氣體由灰鬥上部進風口進入後，在擋風闆的作用下，氣流向上流動；

• 流速降低，部分大顆粒粉塵由于慣性力的作用被分離出來後落入灰鬥；

• 含塵氣體進入中箱體經濾袋的過濾淨化，粉塵被阻留在濾袋的外表面；

• 淨化後的氣體經濾袋口進入上箱體，由出風口排出；

• 随着濾袋表面粉塵的不斷增加，除塵器進出口的壓差也随之上升；當除塵器阻力達到設定值時，控制系統發出清灰指令，清灰系統開始工作；通過電磁閥的開啓，實現清灰。
